NP25 Ceramic

NP25 Ceramics are situated on the NP25 pump head and act as plungers going inside of the brass head, to find the ceramics on your machine you must remove the brass head and look for small grey hairline fractures, even the smallest grey line can cause big damage later down the line, These ceramics are sold singularly as sometimes you may require just the one and sometimes all 3.

The removal of the ceramic is done by a 9/16 spanner removing the centre bolt, please note that these ceramics have to go on a certain way so take note when removing the ceramic on if the grooved side is closest to the pump of the bolt head as incorrect fitting of these ceramics can cause major damage to your pump and could cause harm.
