Nylon Brushes

This is a coating and cleaning brush used for a variety of purposes. Pipe coating specialists use our brushes to prepare plumbing pipes for spray coating. It is the perfect tool for removing dust or light mineral deposits in drain lines that have been cleaned with a chain knocker or circular chain.Use the brushes to center other tools in the pipe, when reinstating plumbing junctions, or use the nylon brushes in combination with other tools for directing dust from the work surface.

We highly recommend using a brush lock to secure your brush to the shaft, because the brushes have got nylon screws that are not as strong as the steel set screws on a brush lock. This will prevent the possibility of losing your brush in the drainpipeThe brushes mount to a 6mm (1/4"), 8mm (5/16"), and 10mm (3/8") flexible shaft with set screws.

Brush diameters vary from 32mm (1.3") to 260mm (10.4")We have a large selection of nylon brushes available in stock. We only keep the most commonly requested sizes here on this webpage, but please get in touch with us if you need a specific size or bristle thickness.
