Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Jetter Conversions Ltd. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

You have 20 days from the date you received the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain items may be exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or items marked as non-returnable.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jetterconversions.co.uk or on 01923 270273 with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was defective, or we made an error in your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom-made or personalised products
Sale items (unless defective)
Perishable goods
